JANUARY:
  • Cold Chain Smart Solutions: Barcelona, Spain (19 to 21 January): Cold Chain Smart Solutions is the first leading event for 2011 and it will help the industry get up to date with the latest regulations, technology and processes that are necessary to operate a cost-effective and compliant temperature controlled supply chain.
  • AHR Expo 2011: Las Vegas, USA (31 January to 2 February): AHR Expo is one of the major HVACR events with over 45,000 HVACR industry professionals from over 120 countries making it a great opportunity for buying, selling, networking and learning about the industry.
FEBRUARY:
  • European Cold Chain: Berlin, Germany (21 to 23 February): The 14th Edition of the "European Cold Chain" exhibition and conference, organized by ECSLA (European Cold Storage and Logistics Association) will take place for the first time in Germany and expects to attract around 130 to 160 participants from industry.
  • ACREX 2011: New Delhi, India (24 to 26 February): In its 12th edition, ACREX returns to New Delhi with a promise to surpass its brilliant performance in 2010 with more than 300 exhibitors and over 20,000 trade visitors and to offer a perfect stage for industry to get-together with a focus on future trends
  • EuroShop: Dusseldorf, Germany (26 February to 2 March): More than 100,000 specialists attended the world’s No. 1 event for retail and its partners in Düsseldorf in 2008. Occurring once every three years, the 2011 Global Retail Trade Fair will feature the latest concepts and innovations in refrigeration technology and tomorrow’s solutions for keeping food fresh. The traditional opening event of EuroShop, ‘The EuroShop Retail Design Conference’, will see world-renowned retail enterprises presenting their latest concepts and top-rank retail designers giving attendees a peek at their current projects.

With More than 100 exhibitors showcasing the industry's leading innovations, it is one of the largest conference dedicated exclusively to natural industrial refrigerants.
APRIL
  • China Refrigeration 2011: Shanghai, China (7 to 9 April): China Refrigeration Expo is not only an ideal marketplace for reflecting the latest trends, exhibiting the newest technologies and launching the most popular products, but also offers a great place for companies to express their understanding for industry and the responsibility for the whole society.
  • Ammonia Refrigeration Technology: Ohrid, Macedonia (14 to 16 April): The topics of this ammonia refrigeration conference include: design of modern ammonia systems and technological innovation, improving energy efficiency, various applications, technical guidelines and safety regulations.
MAY
  • 10th International IEA Heat Pump Conference 2011: Tokyo, Japan (16 to 19 May): This conference is the tenth in a series of triennial conferences under the auspices of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Heat Pump Program. The conference will summarize the current technology and market status, progress and trends.
JUNE
  • The latest technologies in air-conditioning and refrigeration, 14th European Conference : Milano, Italy (10 to 11 June): Organised by the Centro Studi Galileo, the European Energy Centre, UNEP and by the IIR, the 14th European Conference will gather leading experts from all over the world to present their technological solutions to the uptake of natural refrigerants. The focus of the conference will be on the relationship between climate change and energy saving and how this influences new technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning.
AUGUST
  • 23rd IIR International Congress of Refrigeration: Prague, Czech Republic (21 to 26 August): The IIR congresses held once every 4 years brings together very large numbers of refrigeration stakeholders from all parts of the world. The IIR event is the only independent intergovernmental organization which promotes knowledge of refrigeration and associated technologies that are necessary for life in a science-based, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable manner.
