Programs include product knowledge courses (basic and advanced), installation, set-up, troubleshooting and maintenance (ISTM), customised programs based on end-user needs and more.

- Advansor CO2 Booster System Installation and Startup
This course explains how to properly install, startup, maintain, and troubleshoot the CO2 Booster refrigeration system. Control and operating strategies are explained as well as specific installation and startup concerns related to Transcritical CO2 Booster systems.
- Advansor CO2 Single Condensing Units
This course explains how to properly install, start up, maintain, and troubleshoot the Advansor CO2 Single Condensing Unit refrigeration system. Control and operating strategies are explained as well as specific installation and startup concerns related to Advansor CO2 Single Condensing Units.
- CO2 DX Cascade System Installation, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
This course explains how to properly install, start-up, maintain, and troubleshoot medium temperature CO2 DX Cascade refrigeration systems. Control and operating strategies are explained, as well as specific installation and start-up concerns related to CO2 DX Cascade systems.
- Low-Temperature CO2 Second Nature Secondary Systems Installation, Start-up, Troubleshooting and Maintenance
This course covers the Hillphoenix Second Nature Low Temperature CO2 secondary system installation, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Systems CO2 Product Knowledge
This course covers the CO2 secondary products manufactured by the Hillphoenix Systems division and the applications for those products.
