Abstracts accepted for 2014 IIR Gustav Lorentzen conference

The International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) has launched a call for submission of abstracts for the 11th Gustav Lorentzen conference, to be held on 31 August – 2 September 2014 in Hangzhou, China. Abstracts of papers dealing with ammonia and other natural refrigerants are accepted by 1 April 2014.

The 11th biennial Gustav Lorentzen conference on natural refrigerants will be organised by the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) in cooperation with the Chinese Association of Refrigeration (CAR) in Hangzhou, China on 31 August - 2 September 2014. The conference will discuss the latest advancements and developments linked to natural refrigerants in different applications.

  • Heat transfer and heat exchangers
  • Legal and risk management
  • Emission and energy saving
  • The future of refrigeration

Requirements for abstract submission

Authors are kindly requested to submit an abstract of approximately 150 words in English. The abstract should contain:
  1. title of the paper;
  2. authors’ name and affiliation;
  3. paper abstract;
  4. keywords;
  5. name, full address, phone number, fax number, and email address of the author to whom subsequent correspondence should be directed.

The abstract should include the objectives, results, and conclusions. All abstracts and papers must be submitted through the conference website.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings that will be published after the conference.
