Danfoss has updated its Industrial Refrigeration Application Tool to include the company’s most recently launched products. The interactive PowerPoint slideshow breaks a two-stage ammonia plant into easily understandable elements, providing several helpful features for users.
The Industrial Refrigeration Application Tool is an interactive PowerPoint slideshow that takes users through all the details of a two stage ammonia plant with helpful features including “zoom-in and expand” navigation.
The Industrial Refrigeration application tool is now available for download on the Danfoss website.
About the slide show
The slideshow includes complete info graphics of the ammonia plant. It allows users to click on selected areas of the plant to receive more information on that specific area and shows which valves and piping are needed. Users are also able to click on the valve type designations to get a detailed cut-away drawing and explanation of that valve. In addition, the slide show provides useful links to technical literature, product animations and videos.

While the tool is useful to anyone working in within Industrial Refrigeration, it is especially helpful for those who are new to the field or are not 100% familiar with all of the details of an ammonia plant.
The slideshow is also very useful for those who are training others in Industrial Refrigeration. It provides a good illustrative tool that can be used in presentations and training. Since the IR application tool is designed in PowerPoint, it can be opened in edit mode, allowing for individual product slides to be easily inserted into presentations.
