Organised by the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) on 14-17 March 2010 in San Diego, California, the IIAR 2010 Industrial Refrigeration Conference will consist of operations and maintenance workshops, panel discussions, formal technical papers and exhibitor sponsored training sessions that will examine the use of natural refrigerants.

Moreover, an exhibition held in parallel with the conference will feature more than 100 displays from leading ammonia refrigeration industry manufacturers and service providers. Several exhibitors will present sessions that combine product information and training.

Highlighted topics that will be discussed at the conference include:
  • Energy Conservation:
 Technical papers, workshops and panels will inform participants of the latest operating procedures and design strategies that reduce operating costs and boost the energy efficiency of systems.
  • System Maintenance/Mechanical Integrity:
 Workshops will examine mechanical integrity testing issues related to piping and major system components.
