Keeping this in mind the Association of Ammonia Refrigeration (AAR) has been formed to promote safe use of ammonia as refrigerant through education, information and standards. We also provide guidelines, operating procedures, industrial standards and training material.
AAR is National organization registered in Pune with members from all over India. The members profile comprises of consultants, contractors, manufacturers, senior executives of various organizations engaged in the field of Ammonia Refrigeration Industry etc.
We have over the last few months held seminars in Chennai, Pune and Ahmedabad. We have also been in discussions with some Government organization on various ammonia related issues. Our Association is supported by world renowned International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) to conduct various programmers, workshop to promote safe operation of ammonia in refrigeration plant.
