Following the success of the previous four editions, the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) in collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the "Ss. Cyril & Methodius" University are organising the 5th Ammonia Refrigeration Technology conference in the Republic of Macedonia in May 2013. The call for abstracts of papers to be presented at the conference is open until 30 September 2012.
As the uptake of natural refrigerants is increasing globally with the pressure to phase out ozone depleting and high global warming gases, the conference will focus on innovative technological developments in ammonia refrigeration in various applications, taking account of energy efficiency improvements and safety measures.
The 5th edition of the biennial Ammonia Refrigeration Technology conference will be held in Ohrid, Macedonia on 9 - 11 May 2013.
Topics of interest and keynote speakers
The organisers have published the first call for abstracts of papers that will be presented during the conference. Interested authors have until 30 September 2012 to submit the abstracts for the following topics of interest:
