Started in 1982, 2015 is the 48th one-week intensive short course on industrial refrigeration as practiced in food freezing, refrigeration, and in other low temperature applications. A thread that will extend through the week will be the design of an ammonia - carbon dioxide cascade system serving a food distribution center.
